If you are like most physicians that we work with, you truly do care about your uninsured patient's and are happy
to do whatever you can to help them receive assistance. However, the economics of running a practice often do not
allow for adequate staffing and expertise to work closely with your patients and manage their Patient Assistance Programs.
That is where we come in.
We are a non-profit organization of Patient Advocates whose mission is to simplify the process of applying for multiple
Patient Assistance Programs (PAP's) for patients and physicians. We offer full service
Care Management including in home consultations, pre-qualification for PAP's, completion of application forms, appeals
processes and renewal management. We assign each one of our members a Personal Care Advocate
that oversees every step of their application, appeal and renewal process. Advocates are available for each patient Monday
through Friday between 8am and 8pm via a toll free number.
